I can't make this. I am at Spridget 50 on the Saturday, so the logistics are too difficult.

Big thanks to everyone who made it today despite the weather :D

I have uploaded some photos of the event - click here to see :)

The weather doesn't look that bad in the photos

Results from the show & shine comp:
Image
1st place:
MGF (Stew & Kathryn)

Highly Commended:
MGF (Soo, Andy and Freddie)
MGTF (Sean & Claire)
MGF (Nigel and Roslyn)

A write up and video is now available on the main website - click here to view

We even made it into the local press as well. Shame they turned up at the start after everyone had left :( - we expected them to turn up at the end of the run.

Cheers and thanks again for helping us raise money for such a good cause.

Good you got press coverage for the event. Can do nothing but help your region out and maybe get others interested in joining the fun.

Hope you both will still be speaking to us now though, now that you are both 'stars' :D

Cheers,

Yep good promotion for both us and the charity. We did manage to get interest from a TF owner who didn't have web access :thumbsu:

We will now have to try to get into the major papers now (Sun / Mail / Telegraph / Star (MGF found on moon) etc)
