Anyone planning on going to Silverstone this year?

I will be there on the Sat and the Sun.

I'm planning on a Saturday visit as my norm. I live so close that I don't bother to pre-book "just in case" but haven't missed a year since buying my F in 2000.

I was planning on driving there both days, but I am now thinking about finding a B&B. I was reading in the London Paper that they are planning petrol strikes this weekend and that there is going to be massive panic buying (for a moment I thought that the world was about to end, and that I was reading the Daily Mail ). It takes a tank to get to Silverstone and back (the way I drive ) so don't want to get caught short.

I think that at long last I am going to have to buy a tent the way petrol prices are going

I think that Debs midget is racing on Sat, so wouldn't mind catching that. Have to catch up with Debs and find out which races it is in

Had a great time at Silverstone this year. I even managed to watch 30 mins of racing this year Thanks for all the volunteers who helped out.
