Hi all
Having bought my wife a lovely looking red mgf about 4 weeks ago found this forum great on finding out the problems she had, ie front ns wheel bearing and then had problems with reverse but new slave cylinder fixed that, just another wheel bearing at back and then all done, taking the mgf on a return trip to somerset from near kings lynn this weekend. Keep up the good work lots of useful info gleaned already

Re: Hi all
Hi, Welcome to the Register.
Hope you have a good weekend. If its your first longish drive in the F keep an eye on the coolant temp /level and oil temp, just to be on the safe side
Cath and I are just wondering who will be driving, Cath doesn't get a look in when we both go out in her car

Hi Gary, well I must say the f behaved really well on the trip and we actually managed the top down for an hour or so before the hail came, of course my good lady didn't get a look in to drive. I was pleasantly surprised hoe economical it was too. All in all a good 600 miles in 2 days.

Re: Hi all
I would recommend the Mk 2 tonneau cover that fits into the boot. We have Mk 1 but didn't like how it fitted, so got a Mk 2cath's mg wrote:MGOC sell new wind deflectors and a tonneau covers, but plenty turn up on the Bay of E
