What have you done to your car this year?

Post by Jonathan Tully » Sun Oct 26, 2008 9:42 pm

I have just got back from a Committee meeting, and I am way too tired to do any real work. Thought I would post a fun thread....

Please add to it and let me know what you have done to your car....

So can you guess what I have done? :)

Nice one Sean. I look forward to seeing it. 8-)

I think that the new hood & glass rear screen is the favourite mod on my car to date. Very useful on a frosty morning like today as well :thumbsu:

Cheers

Here's hoping 'Wiggles' is well looked after by the new owner. When do we get to see pictures of your new MG James?

Cheers

CAKE!!!!! :)

I dragged my TF 2760 miles around Europe over a 2 week period , most of it in glorious sun 30 degC :)

Did 3 laps of the full 24 hour Le Mans circuit back in July at the Le Mans Classic weekend in the 260 :) I believe the only other ZT to have done that is the MGCC ZTT as a safety car at the Le Mans 2002 race - saw it do it!

This year .... well:

- new rear ball bearings on both sides
- new steering rack and track rod ends (TF)
- silver steering wheel
- compliance washers (rear tie-bar)
- new gearcables
- 10th anniversary due may 30th

Quite a lot and there's more to come as she's finally paid off this year as well

Oh and Happy 10th to Freddie as well, 1998 power :thumbsu: ;)
