27th January - EAMGF Meet

Right here goes :D

Our first official EAMGF meet of the the year will be on Sunday 27th in Otley, Suffolk, IP6 9NS. Where is that you say? I know, I hadn't heard of it either until I stumbled across an article from the Times, that said that this was one of the best traditional pubs in the country.

It is worth checking out their website, it is a good read! The White Hart

Plan is to arrive between 12:00 and 13:00, with a convoy on route if possible.

Click here for map / directions of the pub.

Please add your names to the thread if you are interested.

Cheers

JT

Unbelievable! What are the chances? :o I am sure Black Magic will pass with flying colours Nigel.

:thumbsu: Good man! I love a Disco! Bring on the dancing girls! Totally fine to bring the Disco. When I phoned up the pub the Landlady asked if we could bring TVR's instead - apparently she is a TVR enthusiast :) I said don't worry, an MG is good British car. She replied 'yep, but like the TVR it will probably break down in the car park' - LOL

Can the cars get any dirtier than on the Riviera run? Hope not, otherwise can I have a lift in the Disco :D

Hi all,

Convoy news.................................... :thumbsu: :thumbsu: :thumbsu: :thumbsu:

First meet up point for those in the North West will be:

Little Chef / Petrol staion at Guyhirn nr Wisbech, PE13 4AA
10:00 am.

We will probably try to go Thetford Way.

Final meet up before pub will be to pick up people from the South at:

A14 / A140 junction in the Little Chef car park, which is Coddenham, Ipswich, Suffolk IP6 8LP.
12:00 am
Click here for a google map.

It should take us about 15 mins to get to the pub, so let's aim to depart at about 12:15 or thereabouts to get there for 12:30 ish. Hope that is alright for everyone, but if you have any other suggestions to throw into the mix let me know before I leave the house on Sunday morning

Cheers

Jon
