Sorry guys, not been around much as I have been sorting out dads house in Dorset and I am having to resubmit one of my uni assignments. I'm probably not going to make it this year, but I will contact the organisers and book a pitch for the Essex Roadsters. We normally have an area for 12 cars. I'll see how my assignment goes this weekend.

Just sent a message to the organisers asking for a pitch large enough for twelve cars.

Better start a list of who is coming:

Forgot to add that we will be in the upper field. I will arrive early and pinch us a spot and mark with red and white tape. Doesn't look like there will be a dozen of us. Address is St Mary's Catholic School - Windhill - Bishop's Stortford - Hertfordshire CM23 2NQ

If anyone else is thinking of coming, this is a great show with something for everyone - British and European classics, American muscle, plus the new car dealerships who sponsor the show and allow you to get up close. This really is a very good show.

Hi Dave,
Will there be a meet up, so we can drive up together?

Hi Dave- can you put Karen and Me (Dave) on the list - John W just told me there were a few spaces left - sounds like a good show.

Probably not on this occassion - there does not appear to be alloted pitches as with previous years so I am planning on arriving early and getting us a spot - i'll also be able to clean the car!!. I would plan to arrive around 10 - chance to wipe car over, get some breakfast and have a quick scoot round before the hoards arrive. Normally well attended by the public.

John, do you have any Whizz Kids banners or collection tins. The organisers were really good a couple of years ago when the register were raising money for the RNLI and let me do my stripe signing and announced it. Wouldn't hurt to carry a collection tin/bucket around the show to see what we could raise.

Sorry Dave, all the whizzkidz items have gone to europe with Adrian and the Hardtop, HOWEVER! I do have the stickers as shown on my car! and the Union Jack Ribbon x 2!, have now printed out A4 size photos of the Hardtop at various locations ie Lands End, Scotland etc, the start and finish, which could decorate up both our cars, I have also made up a 'WhizzKIdz' name plate to put round a cream bucket that I will bring up with me...
