Also, I have recently received the following should anyone be interested - fantastic location :-

'Lyn Valley Classic - classic and sports car event Saturday 13th June 2015 on Lynmouth Manor Green, Lynmouth, Exmoor, North Devon which as sponsors Lyn Financial Services and Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway are organising.

Entry for all display cars and the public on the day will be FREE. If you and any of your members are willing to forward this email to potentially interested parties or print the flyer and entry forms attached that would also be most helpful.
We would ideally like display the cars to raise £50 per vehicle which will all go to the four chosen charities. We have, however, said that it is not a requirement of attending the event.
Anyone can come with their car for display and not have to raise a penny, but we are encouraging them to raise funds for the local charities we are supporting.
We also hope that on the day as entry is Free, the attending public will be generous in supporting the charities and the sponsoring and attending businesses that have made the event possible.
The Chosen charities are: Children’s Hospice South West, North Devon Hospice, Devon Air Ambulance Trust and Lyn Lions Club, who have also kindly agreed to administer the fund collections and share the funds between the charities for us.
All the charities will be attending with their stands on the Lynmouth Manor Green on the day.
We will also have display stands from Carrs of Exeter with a Ferrari/Maserati Display and Westerly of Barnstaple with the BMW and Mini display. The static display is limited to 100 cars and entry is on a first come first served basis.
We have a tour of approx 75 -100 cars coming from South Devon and Bideford to join the static display at approx 11.30 am. They will gather at the Valley of Rocks Picnic area and parade through Lynton and onto Lynmouth. This is being organised by a company called Serious About Events. Details of the tour can obtained by calling Rachel on 01803 210210 or can be found via their website http://www.seriousaboutevents.co.uk/classic_cars. They also welcome cars who want to join in their tour.
All attendees at the event will be given discount vouchers to use in the twin villages with the many businesses in Lynton & Lynmouth have offered to give discounts with these vouchers.
This is the first time we have done anything like this, so we are brand new to it.
We hope to make it an annual event for people to enjoy a day out with classic and sports cars in the beautiful setting of Lynton and Lynmouth. This combined with raising money for the chosen charities as well as promoting the business who have sponsored the costs of putting on the event and who have supported it with displays.
As the event is being sponsored by us at Lyn Financial Services the Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, with support from the Lynton & Lynmouth Town Council, it means there are no costs for anyone attending or displaying on the day.
We will be promoting the event in the press and will be putting banners out in the area for 6 weeks before.

If you know anyone who may wish to attend with a car to display please ask them to complete and return the entry form attached ASAP so we can list the entries and ensure they are given their place.
Thank you for taking the time to be interested in and to promote the event. We look forward to seeing you and any others you think may enjoy the event on Saturday June 13th for what we hope will be a pleasurable day.
If you should have any queries or want any other information about the day, the sponsors or the charity fund raising, please do email me james@lynfs.co.uk or hanna@lynfs.co.uk or contact our Barnstaple office on 01271 321444. Kind regards James - James Tucker'
