Is it not just a pub like The Old Hall Farm which is next to the Cheshire Oaks Retail Park ?

Old hall looks O K also and it is just around the corner from the Cheshire oak [about 0.3 mls]

Right, decision made...

For the next 3 months we are going to try a new venue which will be the HINDERTON ARMS on the A540, Chester High Road, Neston, Merseyside, CH64 7TA, next door to the Shell fuel station. They have offered us the use of the private function room for free on a trial basis for the period. We are opening the event to all MG owners in the area. Please come along, food is available and is reasonably priced. I know it is a bit further away from the end of the motorway than the Helsby Arms currently is, but it isnt that much further. The deciding factor is the private room that is available as it means that we can invite a guest speaker should we wish to do so, and the room is already equipped with a projector and screen with lap top ready connections. Hope to see you there, the next meeting will be the 27th June at 8.00pm

I still think 20:00 is a tad late for these, 19:00 is a decent time, I would have been able to pop in for 45 mins then head off to work in Speke on Thursday.
