Hi all I've had a thought some where for breakfast, before a run through to the peak district and back over the moores, was thinking just an informal little day out, perhaps not this sunday but the one, would anyone be interested interested ?

Hi Dave & Carole,
Really good to meet you both on Sunday - sorry we didn't get much chance to chat but really enjoyed our little convoys!

Something around the peak district would be really good as:
1) It's on our doorstep!
2) Great roads!

but unfortunately we've got an early 'Halloween Party' on the 19th (I know - don't ask ) so won't be able to make the 20th as I don't think either of us will be in any fit state to drive!

Thanks for your reply, have fun on your Halloween night out, a good idea to go out early in the month at least gives you time to go out again. The 20th isn't a definite, haven't had chance to catch up with Ian or Paul yet. A different date might turn out to be better..

I thought the roads up and around the peaks would be a good idea,because as you say they are local, and good driving roads.......and more importantly should be somewhere on route to buy cake.

Once I've had chance to chat to the others I'll post something up as a new post............NORTHWEST CAKE RUN...........and hopefully get a chance to have a chat with you on the next run.
