Change of meeting night....

Currently we meet on the 4th Thursday of the month at the Hinderton Arms on the A540. Thursday is not a great night for me these days, and I am wondering how others would feel if we switched the meeting night to the 4th Friday of the month. This would give us a bit more scope on a warm summer's evening to get out for a bit of an evening run and not have to worry too much about what time we need to get up for work the next day!!

Any thoughts would be welcomed and if the feeling of members is there for a change of night we can put it to a vote.....

Options are as follows...
1) Stay as we are, 4th Thursday
2) Change to the 4th Friday of the month
3) Change to something else, if there are a majority that want something totally different

hi simon hope your ok just read your post and must agree ive wanted to come down to the hinderton arms for quite a while but as you have so correctly stated due to work commitments its a little bit dificult as id possibly only be getting home after midnight then up at 6.00 am the next morning friday sounds superb and i could defo come down to see you me and a few other ff ers from widnes

Hi have no problems with the change of night but why not the second or third Friday in the month instead of the fourth Friday. Just a suggestion. Cheers Jopie

Never attended a meeting and even though I'm t'other side of Ruthin a Friday evening meet would open up the chance for me to come along sometime.

Ok, let's give this a go then. Starting from March 2015, we will meet at the hinderton on the 4th Friday of the month. See you on Thursday 26th February for the final Thursday meeting......
