BTCC Thruxton ~ Sunday 4th May

As in previous years (weather permitting ) we'll be going to the BTCC at Thruxton. Anyone else interested in attending? Once I know who's going I'll arrange a meeting point (or two).

Shams you don't go Saturday as well

Many people miss out, especially those keen on photography, the spectacle on the Saturdays

In free practice and qualy the cars hit the kerb a lot harder and you get a lot more up on 2 wheels action

I always think my BTCC photos have more of a wow factor on the Saturday them most taken on the race days

For anyone wanting to meet up on route, we'll meet in the layby just after the Hazlegrove roundabout at Sparkford on the A303 at 8.45am and will pick up Wincanton people about 10 minutes later in the layby at Wincanton. Post to confirm you're joining the convoy so that we know to expect you.

Change of plan! Neil has suggested that we bring the meeting time forward to 8.30am. I checked and this is the time we met last year. Hopefully we'll get in before the crowds and get a decent spot.
