14/05/2014 - FESTIVAL CANCELLATION

We very much regret to announce that, due to circumstances completely beyond our control, the Castle Hill Car Festival has been cancelled.We will be issuing a statement to explain the circumstances in more detail, but in the meantime we want to assure all those who have paid for camping, car displays etc that you will receive a full refund in due course.We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our many friends and supporters for their encoragement and help in staging what we had always hoped would become a national-scale motoring event for the South West, but that is not to be.The organisers would like to extend their personal thanks to Lord and Lady Arran for their support for the Festival and the use of the wonderful setting of Castle Hill.ep, no idea why yet....

14/05/2014 - FESTIVAL UPDATE Following an earler announcement that the Festival had been cancelled there have since beena number of very positive discussions between the organisers, the North Devon Motor Club and the Motor Sports Association

All of the parties have expressed their enthusiasm for the Festival and to see what can be done to ensure the event can take place as planned.

The final outcome hinges on a track inspection by the MSA which is due to take place next week.

The MSA track inspection will take place on Thursday 22nd. We will make an announcement immedaitely afterwards. Fingers crossed.

Can we all meet at 08:30 at Tiverton High school car park (behind Petroc as I can't get access there any more!) so we can convoy up to Castle Hill. We have to be in place on our stand by 09:30
