Dorset Day Out ~ Sunday20 July

Starts at the Sparkford Inn, Sparkford ~ Finishes at the Compton Abbas Airfield with lunch being taken at Stourhead (unless you stop at a pub on route). £5 per car on the day to cover tulip route book and costs. For further information and to book, please call Derek Richards on 01935 862180

We did this run 2 years ago (it was cancelled last year due to parts of the route being underwater) and it was a very enjoyable run ~ we saw some bits of Dorset we didn't know existed and there was a good range of MG's taking part.

We're planning on taking part, anyone fancy joining us?

I've just emailed the organiser to book our place, so we'll hopefully see you there. If the weathers nice I expect we'll be in the BGT, but if it's wet it might be the TF or if it's very wet...

Just recently in from the garage! Have managed to get the B running (like a bag of nails!) with the old set of points so think a new Magnetronic ignition is needed! Will try and upload some photos tomorrow evening.

if only I had fully caught up from my 10 days down at LeMans - so many good events on that Sunday, others included : -

MG Saloon Day
Wheels show - Wadebridge Cornwall
South West Rover(and MG) Enthusiasts show also in Cornwall
