Sunday 21 March Meal / Run

Post by nigelandjo » Tue Feb 23, 2010 8:27 pm

Our next get-together is on Sunday 21 March. Times will be confirmed nearer the time, once route has been planned. However, rough timings are:

Meet at the cafe at Haynes Motor Museum for coffee at mid day, followed by a roundabout drive to the Hunter's Lodge ready for when they switch to the full menu (from carvery) from 3pm for a late lunch. Names below please:

Thanks,
Nigel

The A303 roadworks aren't going to cause problems are they? I know they're past that point but the diversions are in place much earlier.

Edit: That weekend is the end of the 5 weeks so should be finished by then!

303 roadworks start at next junction east of Wincanton so no probs there James, hopefully we will avoid it anyway :)

Stu's sorted out a short run (approx 20 miles) to take us from Sparkford to the Hunters Lodge.

Meet at 12.15pm at the Haynes Museum, Sparkford for a coffee before the run to the Hunters Lodge. Can you please confirm whether you're coming so that the table can be booked.

Thanks,
Nigel

Plan is to leave Sparkford at about 1pm; do the run with a couple of stops on route for photos, to arrive at the Hunters Lodge about 2.45pm, ready for the 3pm menu.
