A quick reminder to everybody that we will be doing something different for the July Natter.
Thank you to Adrian & Christine Benson who have put together a road trip from York to Scarborough through some beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
The idea is to start early if you can but have points along the way for those who cannot start at the beginning to meet up and join in. Christine has organised a Tulip Route Book and we will make sure that one is printed off for everyone who will be joining us
Basic details are
Start at McDonalds Car Park, Clifton Moor Centre, York at 4.00
First meeting point - Wharram Le Street cross roads at 5.00
Second meeting point - Scarborough Seamer Road Park & Ride 6.00
Destination - Papa's Fish & Chip Restaurant at around 7.30 pm in Scarborough
I would anticipate that we will stick around after eating at Papa's, like a normal natter.
We hope that this will mean that we will be able to meet up with our MGF/TF friends in the East of the County who find it difficult to get to Leeds.
We will need to organise numbers for Tulip Books and booking a block of tables at the Restaurant. If you would like to join us please confirm back by 30 June with the following information
1) At which point you will be joining us
2) How many of you will be eating at Papas
3) Any dietary requirements
4) A contact number in case we need to call you
We aim to do a trip to the West next! If you know of a good destination and an interesting route to get there, please let me know and we will plan a date.
The area north and east of the county.
