Replacing Badges

Hi i am very new to the MG world ,but have just bought an MG TF and the badges are very faded and have noticed that you can buy replacement inserts for the bonnet and boot badges and i wondred if anyone new the easiest way to get the old inserts out .

Easiest way that has always worked for me is to warm very gently with a hair dryer or similar and then work dental floss between the badge and paintwork ie through the adhesive tape.

Remove residue from paintwork, clean with white spirit and apply the new.
