Just wanted to say hello to the Yorkshire owners.
Last year, in January, I spent a few (chilly) days based at a farmstay near Danby, where my great great grandparents lie in St Hilda's church yard. My grandfather and great grandfather were born on farm near Lealholm (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1EETe1FWuttn6GRa8) and I managed to find and visit the house that is still occupied. I loved every minute of it and love the Dales and the coast... hope to visit again when we are allowed to travel again!
Cheers from Gold Coast, Queensland (originally from Western Australia)
Here's the new car, just collected today, on a typical winter's day in SE Qld...

Hi Perry
Sorry for the slow response to your message. The Yorkshire Moors and Coast are beautiful and I am glad you had a good time. The Yorkshire Group celebrates 10 years in existence this year and, restrictions permitting, have events planned to celebrate this including a run into the Yorkshire Dales and another in the Howardian Hils in July. Our membership includes 2 Australian Nationals that live in the Region when they are not in Sydney. I visited the Gold Coast in 2019 to catch up with Family in Brisbane but didn't see any MGF or TF cars whilst in the area
Be assured of a warm welcome from fellow MG members if you ever get the chance to return to the UK

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I spent many happy holidays as a child and young adult not far from Danby where my dads cousin owned a farm.
