I would certainly be interested as Yorkshire is an area we don't seem to be particularly well represented in. We are, as a Register, looking to improve this situation in the near future and are looking at perhaps doing a small scale event next year to gauge interest and promote the Register and the MGCC within the Yorkshire region.

We are actively seeking a potential candidate to be the Regional Rep in this area. If any one is interested contact me and I'll give you all the details.

In the meantime, it would be good to hear from anyone from the Region. :thumbsu:

The reason that Yorkshire is under represented is that most people still get about using horse & cart?
Perhaps when they get tarmac roads & streetlights etc things will improve?

Although born in Scotland I spent most of my life in Chapeltown (Sheffield). I finally escaped in 2002.

Please check out the Yorkshire region of the forum to see how well the Region has started off. The first meeting went very well.

Sorry - just popped Up North to get some new seggs hammered into me clogs. Nearly had to venture over the border into (spits) Lancashire but I found a little man in Tadcaster. Grand weather up here. Very bracing. :-)
