Both's good. There's not hundreds of miles of driving so that way it's still affordable. It's pretty villages, country roads and not charging around dual carriageways.

No problem with asking Ron, glad to see it's all sorted.

I liaise regularly with the hotel so we both know who's booked. The quicker we get the 50 rooms for our members I can ask for more (sounds a bit like Oliver, please sir I want some more).

Everything's going well so far, I'm glad you've booked early Ron as I'm sure the hotel will fill, I have others so it's not a problem but it will be fun all being in the same hotel. I'll get the local newspapers involved if we fill their car park with MG's. The hotel are being very co-operative and you will love Event HQ, they are two really good places for an event to be held.

So please if you are thinking about coming, book it early so I can get our room allocation fully utilised.

If you are thinking about entering the event I must say that due to the popularity of this event, the first time it's been held outside mainland Europe, we will need to put a cap on numbers attending so don't leave it too late.

We will deliver a quality event not a quantity based event, that is for sure.
