4-6 July'14 Classic Le Mans

I recieved a press release announcing the date from the organisers today :thumbsu:

"The dates of the 2014 Le Mans Classic announced!

At the opening of Rétromobile on 6th February 2013, Pierre Fillon, the Automobile Club de l’Ouest President and President of the SAVH and Patrick Peter, SAVH general manager, announced the dates of the 2014 Le Mans Classic. The event held every two years will take place on 4, 5, 6 July 2014 on the big Le Mans circuit. It is a not-to-be missed rendezvous for all lovers of historic motor cars. .

In less than a year-and-a-half almost 500 historic cars will start the 7th Le Mans Classic to relive the great years of the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours. Cars from clubs, exhibitors, and a huge crowd are again expected to turn up to enjoy the entertainment and celebrate THE European Historic Car festival. Several innovations are scheduled to continue to surprise and delight the crowd and ensure the long-term future of the event.

Thanks for posting Col. Dates in diary, but may be a bit too early to broach the topic at the moment, certainly until after some of this years travels are out of the way :) :) :)

Clashes with the start of the Tour De France in Yorkshire so I may be the only Yorkshireman there :D
I usually have 5 or 6 mates staying for the Classic but I think this year the will be watching the Tour, I watch the Tour but it's a bit far to go for me, I'll wait for it here in France
