I have been waiting for this news to break cover and today was the day :thumbsu:
VR 14/30 wrote:MG TF - Vintage Racing at Silverstone

I don’t know if this sounds interesting for you; but for the participants 7 MG TF160 - Vintage Racing will get together at MG Live – 15-16 June 2013[/b] ( #2 , 5 , 7 , 8 , 14 , 15 and 26/30 ) Those MG’s are coming from France, Switzerland, Sweden and Belgium.

That will be the first meeting of so many VR’s ever seen. Thanks to my friends the other VR owners and the friendly help of Adrian in the organisation.

Maybe Adrian will be so kind to give you some more details here below.

:D If you pass by, come to say hello. :D

Really looking forward to this Marina and Adrian :thumbsu:

Photo's from Marina - Many thanks Marina :thumbsu:

Thank you Colin to promote our Vintage Racing display at MG Live !
I don't think it's possible for me to put my pictures of the 7 VR in your post.
You will recieve an email with the picture's file, so that you will be able to show the seven VR; BUT . . . there is one more now !

:thumbsu: We are now 8 registered ! :D

As far as I'm aware no more than three have been photographed together. To get 8 is incredible, well done Marina.

They will be displayed in the MG Live arena on both days so don't struggle to get pictures of them in Register parking.
Bilstein shocks, Piper 4-2-1 manifold, Daytona, Vader cold-air induction, custom Z and F Stage 2 re-map, Electric boot release, braided hoses, Blue Magnecor leads, Technozen relays, Stage 1 head, BMW Angel Eyes headlights, "MG" puddle lights.

The next international VR meeting will be in France next year, however for MGF20 it's possible we may be able to convince them Gaydon will be the place. I'm working on it already with two currently on sale at the moment it's possible the future of these cars could be in the hands of collectors.

Let me know if you find #001 ,even Jean-Marc can't find that one and he can't even prove it was the Paris Motor Show car, it's that elusive.

:o Don’t go to fast Guys !

Sorry but for me: “No question to do an International VR Meeting every year !” And I don’t expect that the other owners would be ready to come so often to England.

A meeting at Gaydon 2015 ? Why not ? With the aim to get attention of the MG lovers on this Model.

I would like to do a VR meeting just to drive on lovely roads, enjoy the landscape with VR’s on the road in front and behind and get time together with the others owners (=friends) :thumbsu:.
Because when we are in a place like MGLive or Gaydon MGF20, we do the presentation and scatter everywhere to enjoy the races, shops, museum . . . etc. But finally we don’t have much time to stay together and speak about our well-loved MG’s.
There were a lot of questions that I intended to ask to some of the friends about their car and I didn’t find time to do so.
MG'calement,

Marina.

they are very special TF's Marina, and it would be great to have some at MGF20.

A Vintage Racing specific weekend sounds a very good idea, so that you can all get together and enjoy the company, the cars, the surroundings and get answers to your questions. I am sure you will meet up again within the next 12 months
