I had a different problem, rechecked our reservation & found that they only booked us for the Friday night. :o

Have now received an apology for their mistake & confirmed we are there for two nights @ 120€ per night :thumbsu:

I've just received an email down charging me to €115 per night unasked. I did mention MG Car Club Tour in my email reservation request.

We pensioners appreciate every little saving.

It's good to know my Euro P.A. is still on top of the job. I may renew her contract when it is due.

Sorry to answer only now, but I was more than busy since the last time I registered to the forum. After reading all your posts, I called the hotel to asked what happened. To cut a long story short, the price that they have on their internet site is for staying during the week. On weekend the price is a bit higher. When we visited them for pre-booking the rooms, the arranged price was 240€ for two nights. Glad to hear that some of you managed to get another 5€ discount. You need to share your tricks for next year. ;)
If you still have problems with booking a room, send Eric or me an email and we will talk to them directly.

Thanks for your answer Pascal ; and your good choice of hotel.
Next time it could come in handy to mention the above information in the register form to avoid lots of questions, answers and wasted time.
The aim is also to get the same price paid for the same services for all the participants.
We are looking forward to meeting you at TdL ! :-D
