Does anyone have a vvc 1997 with the eu type approval code of e11*93/81*00170*02

If you do can you look on the carte gris to see what is put down under heading D.2

i need this to register my mgf in Normandy
Trying to get away without buying a COC

D.2 is type variant and version
I know this will start RD need to know the rest
