XII MG BY THE SEA from 2 0 th to 28th May 2018 is confirmed by Fabio and MGCC Italia.

The icing on the cake is a possible pre event in the Dolomites that Fabio is also thinking about during the weekend leading up to the main event

2016 MG by the sea was a real treat, fantastic scenery, great food, really warm and sunny, good company, and all this combined with road runs where you are escorted by police motorbikes and under there instruction, all red lights, speed limits and pedestrian crossings etc are ignored. You stop for no one and only keep the safe stopping distance that you need between you and the MG in front.

No doubt 2018 will be the same. You won't be disappointed and our Fs and TFs are very welcome

A visit to the Dolomites is a must. The expert on accomadation and routes is Marcus Brundler of MGCC Switzerland (zentralschweiz@mgcc.ch) . He organizes a bi-annual trip for MGCC CH to the Dolomites - MGs in the Alps (as well as The MGCC. International CH and EOTY in Zug). We had the pleasure of the 1st MGs in the Alps and both Zug meets.
There is no problems for 3 Score and 10 years. There was a time when we would get up in Basel early to avoid the Strasburgh rush hour, take the early afternoon Eurotunnel to be around the quiet M25 in the afternoon then go out for dinner after arriving home in the Midlands. Back to Basel was a repeat. It deteriorated to one stop and now two nights enroute.
We have never liked the Registar bumper - bumper follow the leader snaking down motorways/autoroutes/autobahns but made our own casual!! drives to meet at the venue. viz. we include European MG Meets with an extended holiday.

I have just had it confirmed by MGCC Italia that MG By The Sea 2018 will be going ahead
