I'm definitely interested I wanted to visit that area of the world for a long time...what's the travel plan? is there a Ferry straight over or would we be going via the continent?

Sweden is beautiful, and the Swedes are great company.

DFDS used to do a Harwich to Denmark Ferry, but that has stopped.

I guess its drive through and take the German - Denmark ferry and then drive on to Sweden.

Ive been several times, and done both ways of getting there.

8-)

Brill all sounds good to me :D

Sounds like I'll need to start a little savings account for the costs of travel (and some essential MG related spares haha)

Like Colin, we've made several ventures to Sweden in both the F and the TF. Great scenery, beautiful traffic free roads but without the Harwich-Esbjerg ferry which closed in 2014 it's a drive all the way via Motorway. You can drive to Denmark and take the Oresund Bridge across to Malmo.
Bilstein shocks, Piper 4-2-1 manifold, Daytona, Vader cold-air induction, custom Z and F Stage 2 re-map, Electric boot release, braided hoses, Blue Magnecor leads, Technozen relays, Stage 1 head, BMW Angel Eyes headlights, "MG" puddle lights.

Harwich to Hook of Holland ferry, then drive through Germany and Denmark. Great scenery and good roads even off the autobahn ~ did this route this June.
