I'm registered, confirm; hotel booking ok as well :thumbsu: :D
I have completed my registration form at 00:10 the 1st of september !!!!
Because the announcement on the flyer given in Porto was wrong. It was not "12 noon European time" but "12 midnight European time" that makes a difference :-o

For their 2013 Meet, Registration was at Midnight CET and early 2018 Info gave 1200 on 1st. which was later clarified as Mid-day. Probably after the Flyer was printed.

We moved house 15 months ago and had to change our E-Mail account from Virgin to BT.
On mailing our normal Hotel in Basel. we got no reply using BTInternet on Outlook on the Computer or our phone. A chasing Mail gave no response so we chose another Hotel. Again we had no response therefore phoned them. Yes, they had our reservation.
Subsequent investigation showed that each had sent replies, none of which were in our Inboxs or Spam Folder.
Final Findings were that they had been received in our MailBox on BT.com, put in their Spam Folder and not forwarded to Outlook or the Phone.
This was repeated with our Hotel Reservation for Flims but now we know where to find it in our BT.Com Spam Folder.
Other Swiss friends (including MGCC CH ) and Hotels have not been affected.

Just be aware that the email with event payment details could well be in Spam folders as well :)

Are you aware that you are not included in the MGCC CH Participants List ???
The List shows very few who took part from UK in the last 2013 EOTY Event.

Sorry Colin. I only looked down the LH column to see who was going and if there were any that may want to have a Run In. I did not recognise that the Boss was organising you.
For the last Swiss EOTY the Register had a Run In via the Stelvio Pass. We declined this as we had done Stelvio with the Register and it was a quick whistle stop trip. Our preference was to drive over and spend a few days relaxing before Partying.
Our plans for this year are similar although Ann may avoid the across Europe drive so I will move the car to CH.
Drive to Eurotunnel for a Mid-Day crossing 200 Miles. To Hotel La Paz, Reims 160 Miles.
Reims to Basel. We have friends from spending 4 years before I retired.
Basel to Zurich Airport to pick Ann up. To Interlaken/Lauterbrunnen for 3 nights.
Lauterbrunnen to Flims. 4 Nights EOTY plus an extra 2 nights to relax and visit other local places.
Then it is under discussion for either Innsbruck or the Black Forest.
Zurich Airport and recover the car to home.
This will be our swansong and last trip across Europe driving since my first when I drove to Belgrade to take up a 3 year job in Belgrade 50 years ago in 1968.
We will be in Lauterbrunnen for 7 days from next week, Fly/Hire car when we will make our arrangemets.
If anybody would like to meet up then pleae let me know.
Geoff.F
