30th June - 1st July'18 Tour de Lux

"Dear Lux-Tourer,

The Tour de Lux for modern M.G.’s will be held on 30th of May and 1st July 2018 and we will meet on Saturday morning at 9.30 am at the HOTEL-RESTAURANT GULLIVER (www.gulliver.lu) in the South of Luxembourg near the French border. The MG Lux site that you refer to begins on 30th May.
It is 50 years since I drove accross Europe to Belgrade to take up a 3 year posting with the Jugoslav Airforce and exported a new MGB GT. The Swiss EOTY at Flims is to ne our last trip so we are looking at what else we may incude. Mykel's Tour looks good but returning via Innsbruck may win. Ann.F has 2 votes to my 1.

If it's really such a big deal to you, contact them (details on the webpage in progress) and point out the error. If not, then just leave it be and let them finish the organising of the event and the webpage for the event.

Recently popped down and saw Guy and Family, and despite only last being there back in December I had forgotten just what stunning scenic drives Luxembourg has to offer. Roads running alongside twisting rivers, twisty mountain roads leading to stunning views it was almost like a mini TdL and topped off with dirt cheap fuel prices. I regret not being able to attend this years Tour de Lux, as it's always a great fun event. Ones things for sure though, we'll be back in Luxembourg again soon for sure! If you only do one European event this year, or thinking about doing your first European event then Tour de Lux really should be considered. One things for sure, once you've been you'll be wanting to go back again

YES ! I agree with what you write, Colin ! And I am waiting for further news about TdL 2018; there are still no details about the event on the MGCCL website. I have tried to get some precisions from Eric, I am waiting for an answer.
If you hear something, please let me know; because I have met French F /TF owners, MGCF members, who would like to join that great Tour this year.

Hi Marina,
same here, we booked the hotel and registered for the tour, got a confirmation from Eric where he announced further information was to follow, but nothing received yet. Heard a similar story from another German couple just yesterday. With just four weeks to go, payment requests should have been out by now.

Any problems try emailing Eric but also copy Guy
