Many thanks Colin, sounds rather tempting.
For the newer members, how does it work getting there, is there group ferry bookings or is it sort it yourself etc. etc.?

Re: 19-23 May'21 EEOTY Portugal
There have been a number of "Convoys" to previous European events however none in recent times.
We always did our own thing as we would extend them to justify the time and cost of travelling.
For last years MGCC CH EOOTY, I moved the car whilst Ann took Swissair and we visited Interlaken and Innsbruck.
Having travelled aound Europe for 50+ years including spending 9 years living in Belgrade,Hannover and Basle and the outlaws spending 13 years in Spain, we have given it all up so will not be attending any more.
For 2 years, I flew TAP to Lisbon every 5th week. Cascais was a small seaside resort about 12 miles west with a large beach and good restaurants.
To save a long drive, you might look for the Santander Ferry.

To be honest, I think MGFIM in Sweden May'21 is a better bet Ian
