An EEOTY after this corona pandemic is something very special. Due to covid-19 and other reasons, it has now been over 3 years since we had an EEOTY. That is why the MG Car Club Belgium organizes something special: a 5-day event instead of the traditional 3 days. Five days of MG fun with the friends in a sun, sea and beach location.

What do we offer:
•5 tours with unforgettable visits + the visit to the city of Nieuwpoort. 32 marchals will accompany you during this EEOTY ◦The wide Belgian beaches with lunch in the Gulf of Oostburg
◦Fully guided visit to Bruges + boat trip on the Bruges canals.
◦Pekkers tour with beer distillery
◦The hills in and around Ypres, memories of WW1
◦In the evening the Last Post ceremony in Ypres

•All meals are included in the price.
•Covered parking space over an entire floor, completely for the MGCCB
•A cancellation insurance (for the hotel reservation)
•A gala dinner the last evening

We offer this special package for the price of € 1199 per MG car (this is about the same daily price as the previous EEOTYs, without the hotel costs).

Registration and enrollment

The MG Car Club Belgium is aiming for the magic number of 251 cars, so be quick to register.

Registration via the website https://eeoty2022.mgcarclub.be/ starts on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 12:00 noon. The registrations are based on the “first come, first serve” approach.

After registration on the website, a message will be sent to the first 251 subscribers. This email will state the bank account number to be used. An advance of 400€ must be paid within the week to complete the registration. The balance, 799€, must be paid before February 15, 2022.

Within 10 days you will be sent a code with which the hotel can be booked. The financial settlement of the stay is fully arranged through the hotel. Special codes for camping and mobile homes will also be available. Covered parking is provided and is included in the participation fee of the EEOTY-2022.

Bearing in mind the covid situation, it is important to mention that a cancellation insurance is provided by the hotel (included in the price).

These are the prices for the hotel rooms, per person for 5 nights, to be booked directly at the hotel:

€ 265 standard room interior

€ 335 standard room with side sea view

€ 415 type comfort family apartment

€ 465 type comfort family apartment with frontal sea view

All rooms have bathroom, television, wifi & telephone.

Are included:

Lodging, sheets, towels and daily room maintenance

Extensive breakfast buffet. Sojourn tax, service and VAT.
