MGFIM09 September 18th - 21st Holland
With the exception of MGF10 and MGFest this is the biggest event we have ever organised. However, it is the first time we have organised an event outside the UK for the MGF Register. We have chosen center Parcs as we were there in 2005 for the EEOTY and it proved very popular, I'm sure you all know what Center Parcs have to offer their guests.
We really need cars to attend MGFest as it is such an expense for the Register to produce such an event for you, our members but as International is my section I will concentrate on MGFIM (MGF International Meeting). So here are the preliminary details for MGFIM09 :
The MGF Register and the MG Car Club Holland are pleased to announce their first International event together. Supported by Meguiar’s Holland, the MG Car Clubs of the UK, Germany, Sweden and mgf.be we are pleased to invite you all to Center Parcs at De Eemhof in Holland for a weekend of enjoyment with your fellow MGF & MGTF owners. You may arrive from lunchtime Friday the 18th of September and leave by lunchtime Monday the 21st of September, a weekend ticket will be available from Center Parcs that will include discounted accommodation and all of the Center Parcs attractions.
De Eemhof at Zeewolde is excellently situated just 61km’s (39 miles and one hour) east of Amsterdam and 380 km’s (238 miles and four hours) from Calais it is therefore easily reached by most western European and UK cars within one day. Two multi-language road runs will enhance your knowledge of the local area, an exciting Saturday evening will see all of you together under one roof for a truly International MGF/TF event and meet in person some of the famous names that you only write to or hear about. On Sunday a Meguiar's show & shine competition will take place. Details and a booking form will be available very soon at www.MGFIM.eu in five languages.
So, put this date in your diaries now. Souvenir rally plaques will be given to all entrants and you can really be part of the International MGF family.

really looking forward to this - not been to Holland since May '99 in my tuned Convertibe Triumph Vitesse Mk2 - had great time!
a few V8 ZT / ZTT's from the two-sixties should be joining us as well! There's 5 showing interest at the moment.
Adrian, I have copied your above info over to the two-sixties forum, and will do the same over on the MGCC forum
looks like a great venue http://www.centerparcs.com/EN/DK/villages/eemhof

Re: MGFIM09 September 18th - 21st Holland
Yes Kieron, there wil lbe a direct link to the discounted booking. You will need to send an e mail (in English/Dutch/German/French via the supplied link) to the events team quoting the event then you will get the discount, so hold on a few days before booking accomodation. Hakan will deal with Scandinavian entries.
You can enter the event at any time, so if you are ready go for it.
Who's going to be the first UK entry ?

It's an easy Email-Form working together with your Email program (Outlook)
A new Outlook message window with the data you keyed in should open in a new window.
Works fine so far with Firefox and Outlook 2000, just tried.
Not working with IE 7 and Outlook

Okay thanks Dieter, it worked fine here at home.
It was just a little problem with my office desktop (standard mail handler and mailto-links fubarred).
No problem with the website
Sorry for the confusion, I've just sent everything.
