Once more summer has come to haunt us. 2009 Victoria had devastating bush fires, 2011 this time the opposite water caused the devestation and in New Zealand earthquakes.
2013 summer has started with very dry conditions, grass fires very close to the city and this latest fire not far from Hobart.
Our thoughts once more go out to the victims.
Australia is not worse than any European country just different types of disasters.......................

Any now the rains have started in Sunny Queensland! A mate of mine is in Maffra, so I have been watching the fires closely. You have to feel sorry for the Taswegians for the fires they have had.

This great country of ours is full of contrasts, Wet in two states and on fire in two others, at the same time!
