Too much sun in Perth

Post by plrobbo » Mon Mar 08, 2010 8:06 am

I was just wondering if anyone from over the East Seaboard could kindly send us some rain to Perth?
We haven't had any rain now since the beginning of November & I've forgotten what it even looks like.
I have had the hood down since November and can't get it up as it's now frozen in the down position!!!
OR any one from Europe could even send some snow - that would do.
Phew! I'll now go and throw myself into the cool room hwere the cold beer is.
Cheers Peter.
Eat your heart out! My car is a MGTF 160 Coupe LE - Monogram Black Olive - one of 30 in the world.

You are welcome to the hail, one of our members had her TF and her son's F out side whilst another member ofthe family was working on his MG B, the F/TF's are now pepered with dents from the golf ball sized hail stones. Having been without much rain for so many years and the restictions on washing ones car, we can feel for you.

Please you're more than welcome, today we had another day of snow. Counts up to about 50 days of snow since early December. The F is complaining and it needs attention and TLC. But it sits in the garage for way to long.

If BBC TV news is to be believed, you probably had a bit of rain today.

That must be true, we had sunshine 20 degrees. Really ideal conditions for driving the F :thumbsu:

Pretty warm here in the Sahara - 37 degrees C in the shade - if you can find any - and it is only just Spring! Mind you the *F* is in London in its garage.
