I have Word and it will not Open is as "This File is Corrupt"

Sorry guys,
I gave up "Word" as I am too mean to buy the latest and I was getting too many ".docx" files which I couldn't open.
Should've posted as a "pdf" file. Thanks "fatbaldingoldgit" for retyping here. And yes, it's a free "Open Office" document.
I've got another one to post which is quite long, so I'll try and convert it to "pdf" and hope all is okay for you all to enjoy.
