Reincarnation

A fellow explained to his wife about reincarnation:
" so when you die you come back as something else, perhaps an animal"
"Hmmm, I'd maybe like to come back as an old cow" she said.
And he replied," I don't think you have quite grasped the idea"
He also is now in intensive care.
