MGF 1.8VVC 1996

Post by radiomarty » Sun Dec 16, 2012 5:20 pm

Hi all - we have been around for a few months now and have been searching for a MGF - We are now the owners of a flame red 1996 MGF 1.8 VVC - We picked her up on Saturday in Willand and drove her down the motorways for 3.5 hours to bring her back to Northants and what a pleasure it was ! Hope to get her up to tip top condition so apologies in advance for the many questions we will be asking the resident experts - The first two jobs are to pump up the suspension (sitting at about 320) and find the reason for the permanent SRS light (seat plug seems ok). Anyway, hoping to meet up with some of you at events and runs and enjoying our new found love of this fun car !! Carolyn and Marty :
