:D hi just bought a 2000 MGF 1.8i got it back from the garage today purring like a kitten.

Delighted to finally own a bit of British Car History!

Welcome to MGF ownership and the Forum. Which model do you have? My F is also a 2000 model, a Wedgwood SE, 90,000 Mls and also purrs like a kitten, yes, I have a standard exhaust.
