Hi
My name is Steve, I recently sold my MGB and bought a 2002 TF 135 with only 55,000km on the clock and I love it! The B was great but the TF is much more practical as a daily drive.
It’s BRG with a biscuit interior, appears sound mechanically but the previous owner had let a few things go appearance wise, which I’m working my way through.
I imagine I’ll be logging into the forum from time to time for advice and assistance, but in the meantime any general advice from owners of similar cars please? My catalog from Rimmers is on it’s way...
I’m not a mechanic, happy to have a go at tidying but I won’t touch anything that may interfere with the running!
Cheers

Welcome.
General advice ~ keep an eye on the coolant level in the expansion tank and drive gently until the oil / water are fully warmed up. Get the top down ad enjoy

Thanks Nigel
At the moment I’m spending more time tidying and polishing than driving but we have some sunny days ahead and my motto has always been that the roof is like an umbrella, only goes up when it’s raining.
Cheers!
