New owner (& very proud)

Post by Metroid » Sun Apr 18, 2021 7:37 pm

Hey guys,

Just wanted to say hello... coming to the end of my first week of MGF ownership and so far it's been a blast.

The car is a slightly scruffy 1997 VVT model with plenty of miles on the clock (120,000ish) but it runs and drives so well that I can only assume it's been well looked after... unfortunately there is (almost) no service history with it to prove that.

I am a 40 odd year old serial owner of old cars, some classics, but mostly bangers. I am unfortunately no mechanic but I do try to look after my cars. Originally from North London, now very happily relocated to South Devon.

Lots of stupid questions to follow...hopefully this is the right place!

Hello and welcome. The only stupid question is the question you don't ask!

Cheers guys!

Woke up in the middle of the night and realised that I should have posted VVC not VVT. Thanks for being tolerant of my mistake.

Drove it to work today. Lovely.
