Just a quick hello from a new mgf owner. In fact collected it last tuesday and had a weekend down weymouth to give it a quick shake down.
What manuals do you guys recomend?

Welcome to the Forum. Workshop manual or Roger Parker's Restoration Guide are both good. Depends on how technical you want to be.

Hi and welcome to the forum
If you want Haynes there isn't a MGF/TF one. The MGZR/Rover 25 covers the engine, gearbox and engine management.
The Rover Metro/100 covers many systems in the car.
There are lots of how to guides on the internet including at the T-bar (link below).
