Cheers from Italy

Post by marcob32 » Tue Aug 16, 2022 8:55 pm

Hallo everybody! I'm Marco from Italy, from the north east of the country, always trying to fix and to make my 2004 TF a better car!

I'm looking for some answers that I hopefully will find here.

Thanks in advance
Marco

Hi all! Good to hear many of you have been here in Italia, especially with our MGs! Which places did you visit? I'm from the north east, by the way.

Ciao Marco,
I've worked near Turin, Naples and Brindisi
I've done the MGs By The Sea event at Gabicce Mare a few times, toured the Alps and Dolomites, and spent time at Marina de Massa (many years ago), toured the Lakes and saw the Mille Miglia 10 or so years ago
Ciao
Colin

So, Colin, you do know Italy better than I do! ;)
Few years ago I spent some 5-6 days in London without seeing a single drop of rain... Blessed! :)

We have driven
1) just over the boarder on our first trip round Europe.
2) Verona
3) Naples
4) Rome

and flown to
1) & 2) Naples (twice)
3) flew to Milan, high speed train to Florence for 4 nights, train to Pisa for the day and flew back from here
4) Sicily (4 nights near Catania and 5 nights in Palermo)
5) Sicily (8 nights in same place in Palermo)

We will be back, we have no many trips planned.
