Post by Worzel » Mon Sep 26, 2016 7:32 pm

We are now registered as a club for the Sunday Scramble at Bicester on Sunday 2nd October. You can get your tickets now at half price - £2.50 per person. BARGAIN! Follow the link in the text below:

Dear Ian,

Thank you for registering the MGF Register, Thames Valley region for the Sunday Scramble on the 2nd of October, tickets are now available to purchase online from the Bicester Heritage website via the following link
http://bicesterheritage.co.uk/event/11t ... ober-2016/

Please could you advertise this event to your members and advise them to choose the ‘Buy Club Member Vehicle Tickets’ option. Further into the process there will be the option to choose your club from a list of registered clubs. By purchasing via this option gives us an indication of how many vehicles to expect when planning space for club display parking areas. All pre-1990 classic vehicles have the option to park along the avenues within the Technical site, this is not reserved space and is subject to availability. Advance booking is advised as this event does sometimes sell out and we cannot guarantee tickets will be available on the day.

Clubs are welcome to use flags and gazebos to promote themselves within their club display area but will need to make sure that they have their own insurance to cover any damage caused should any of these items fall or blow over.

If this is your first visit to Bicester Heritage, for satnav purposes please use the postcode OX26 5HA. Entry to the site for vehicles is via the West Gate on the Buckingham Road, please see the site map attached.

Thank you for your support for our events, we look forward to seeing you and hope your club members have a very enjoyable day here at Bicester Heritage. Should you have any further questions please contact me and I will be happy to help.

Best regards

Elaine
