Thanks everyone, we are looking forward to this role - though we may need to pick some brains in the early stages! Anyone in the Lincs area - please drop us a line on the forum - we will look at setting up a meet in the near future and will post full details.

I can recommend many of the Lincolnshire MGCC members as I've had lovely visits to them (David and Veronica Stonehouse are ex Essex Roadsters and MGCC Anglia, John and Sheila Laurence are a great couple too), do you want their numbers and e mail addresses ?

Congratulations then, you are already in one of the most vibrant centres in the MGCC, enjoy your time, they're great people aren't they ?.

I was born & bred in Grantham and look forward to gettingto a Lincs Area meeting some day soon. The last (informal) Sunday lunch meet that I organised was at The Gap Inn at Muston just off the A1 - but it was about 4 years ago. It was only an hour up the A1 for me and local(ish) for people from Derby and Nottingham areas.

Hi Geoff & Vicki
Well done for taking up the mantel. I am very positive about both your appointment (or was it a volunteering opportunity) and the establishment of a Lincolnshire Section of the MGF Regional Forum. You are already aware that the MGCC is particularly strong and active in Lincolnshire and that the MGF/TF is a popular choice amongst many members.

I look forward to a productive partnership.

Chairman, MGCC Lincolnshire Centre
