We're staying in an apartment a short walk from Albert Dock so right in the centre of it all. Me and my golfing buddies are going to the British Open. Should be a good laugh. Stayed in the same place for a stag doo back in September last year. Good city Liverpool. £51 on the train to get up there, £10 to get back!purplebargeken wrote:Sunday 20th July is good for me, see you there.

Nice one mate. The Albert Dock is a pretty interesting place. Very different now to how it used to be. Mann Island is where we used to sign on the various ships and so on in the late 70's/early 80's. Now it's all bars, coffee shops, etc.

Hi all, I'll mention this at my next mail shot, but I fear that with the journey to and from you then the 148 miles it may not prove too popular but I will mention it.
Bilstein shocks, Piper 4-2-1 manifold, Daytona, Vader cold-air induction, custom Z and F Stage 2 re-map, Electric boot release, braided hoses, Blue Magnecor leads, Technozen relays, Stage 1 head, BMW Angel Eyes headlights, "MG" puddle lights.

Re: North East Herts Road Run ???
This should be a darn good run out, just need a teensy bit more in the way of cars and bodies to make it that bit more darn good.
So c'mon folks, chuck your names down on the list and lets have a bloody good day out.
Am looking forward to seeing some of these roads myself

Re: North East Herts Road Run ???
Hi Ken
Ive been thinking about postponing this run ... mainly for 2 reasons A .. Stuart is away that weekend and dosen't seem right him to miss it .. and B .. there hasn't been a great interest in it ???
Hopefully at the next Pub meet we can get a large turn out and find a date where everyone who would like to go can arrange a new date

Re: North East Herts Road Run ???
We are currently in Luxembourg finishing our trip to Tour de Lux. Popped in to say we won't make the run as our TF is currently languishing in a garage after being roughly taken from behind by a bih butch BMW 730. Waiting for insurance assessor news.
