Anyone interested in spending a weekend on the Isle of Wight next year .... thinking driving down Friday afternoon ... 2 nights in a Hotel ... come home Sunday afternoon

this is just one of a few ideas i have for runs and events for next year .... and would love to hear any ideas you have that we could do in 2015

if you are interested please bring your diaries to the next Pub meet so we can arrange dates where most peep's can make it

Thanks for all the interest in the IOW Weekend at the Plough ... did a bit of research while on some down time at work and come up with some prices for you to think about ??

Ferries :- Wightlink Portsmouth - Fishbourne Return £116
Red Funnel Southampton - Cowes Return £112

Hotels :- Premier inn Newport 2 nights £108 Premier saver 2 People (prepay no amends or refund)
£178 Premier Flexible 2 People (can amend up to 1pm arrival day)
Best Western Cowes 2 nights from £136 ??? 2 People

I have gone for chain hotels as they have car parks and we have a greater chance of all being together at one location.
Does look a tad expensive but i think this would be a great weekend for us

Looks good to us Dave. Other than the cartel ferry prices, it's less than 2 nights in Mechelen.
