Hello and Welcome

Post by Phil_B » Thu Sep 12, 2013 1:10 pm

Welcome to the new East Midlands area section of the MGF Register.

After a successful first meeting on Tuesday I am pleased to say we will definitely be making it a regular thing. The Pub was great and reserved us an area to ourselves which made life a lot easier.

I'll post another thread for sorting out the regular natters etc. but in the meantime, thanks for looking and I hope to see you all soon.

Safety Fast

Hi I have just joined the forum and hope to be able to join in, I have recently brought a MGTF 2002 model with a genuine 16700 miles on it, it's like new, regards Ken b.

Hi East Midlanders!

I live on the Notts/Derby border and just got my first MGF, looking forward to having some fun in it too. It's a 2001 MGF 1.8 VVI in Anthracite with 46k on the clock.

Needed a little bit of mechanical work (new alternator and rear brake caliper) which I completed yesterday along with a full service so now only needs a damn good clean/detailing.

My dilemma is now which car for POL??? MGF or my SD1 V8?

Look forward to meeting some of you in the future and will post some pictures when it's clean!

Matt

Hi Matt,

Welcome aboard. Sounds like your F might be very similar to mine :thumbsu:

Would be great to see you at PoL whichever you decide to take. We'll be on the F Register stand so come and say hi.

Alternatively if you decide to bring the F you could travel down with us from LFE services. :)

Cheers

Phil
