hydragass suspension completely flat

Hi my mgf has been parked up over the winter sorn. Pulled it out the garage to clean it up and ready it for mot but suspension is flat. My issue is obviously that its not mot/tax/insured so cant take it onto the road at mo. Anyone around in derby able to help or know any mechanics that will come to house. Thanks steven
