I thought I would have trouble... now I have the swatches the darker may have been a better choice but Im still happy with them.
I've even had an enquiry about PINK ones

Don't say you're going for another colour change Allan? I thought the tan interior with white (with strips) exterior was the final decision?
I think there are just too many choices available - sometimes I find that it is quite a relief just to have that decision made for you!

Hi, Rob. Yes, I'm very pleased with them. Good quality and service from Nigel. Very easily fitted in about an hour. Hardest bit was the T50 bolt holding the belt to the seat - I was determined to get it off without having to unbolt the seats. T50 bit in a ratchet spanner was a bit fiddly but got there in the end.
The blue of the belt is not an exact match for the seats, but I was expecting that. They are however a pretty perfect match for my blue subframes, so if I ever roll it, it will at least be a colour co-ordinated mess!

Go on, post the pictures, you know you want to!
Seriously though, please do - I'd love to see what options there are. For me though, the interior colour scheme is pretty monochrome (black and silver/grey) and the standard belts look fine. But I keep toying with the idea of re-trimming in black, cream and burgundy to match the colours of the Mk1 instrument pack. Is burgundy red a colour option available Nigel? The standard red is too bright for my "interior concept"

Well, since you asked (Apologies for them looking loose.... They are just placed in situ for the pics, rather than bolted in)
- The pictures were taken with my phone, and Im nowhere near as good as others on here
Burgandy red is available rob (Look at the sample from the last picture). This batch was to go a couple of the "common colours" plus the orange was more for to make me smile, and to try and match a Volcano F out there somewhere (It actually looks brilliant - I want a Volcano F now
)
Give me an email / PM if you like Rob, most of the interest is coming through my facebook page but Im keeping an eye on the two forums as well

Wow! The orange is pretty dramatic! I like that in all its day-glo splendor!
Difficult to judge the burgundy in that final shot - it looks more like Mulberry plumb to me?

If I had any idea what Mulberry plumb was, I would confirm or deny that statement!
I refer to it as a "deep wine red" - Its getting interest from those with grenadine interiors.

A bit too purple I would have thought for a Mulberry interior?
My mistake - I meant Morello (not Mulberry!) plum. It's a purpley-red colour... struggling to find an example at the moment!!!

It does look more "purple-y" when held up against the red (and trust me, Ive had a few enquiries for purple belts which I cant fill!) but it is closer to grenadine / Deep Red.

Is it very close to the deep red needles of a Mk1 instrument pack?

Hello from Germany,
hello sniperpenguin,
I want to bring up this old Topic to ask for beige coloured seat belts. I have modfied my F Interior to beige as possible and now need to go a more custom way to get the last rest in beige.
Is it still possible to create such belts? Another problem is Brexit. I dont want to send my belts to the UK but rather buy a set of belts from Ebay.uk and let them send to you. Is it possible?
My additional problem is, that my MK1 belt rolls dont have this plastic cover on top to protect it from the T-bar and the rear hood carpet.Combined with the head rest belt guide the belt very hardly move back after use and several times hit the door entry area with bad marks in the chassis.
So I will try to buy used belts as new as possible from a TF with these covers to prevent this problem.
Greetings from Germany

I've not heard from Nigel for many years - but there must be seat belt suppliers who can offer this service locally?
