Cheers Guys
I'm excited just like a big kid, it's forty years since I last owned an MG :D

Went out and gave the Juke an Autoglym bubble bath just in case he felt jealous.......

I was in there recently for parts and wandered around a red TF. Presume it is the same one, looks a cracking choice.

Congratulations on your purchase. Just for the record, it has had a remap by a renowned tuning expert, Z&F, so requires Shell Vpower 99 or other similar high octane fuel. However if you don't want the performance boost (which is well worth having if you are petrolheads) then ask GW to reload the original map. Cracking little car that I didn't want to give up but my wife wanted a smaller car than the MG6 so it went in against a new MG3. I am glad you bought it as I was close to buying it back like some other regional rep did ;)
The hard top was only on once or twice but otherwise the car was used all year round and the roof was down 75% of the time or basically whenever it wasn't raining. It did three trips to Europe (Belgium twice and Germany another time) plus three trips to Ireland. I also had some brilliant trips up to Aberdeen in it via the A93 and down to South Wales a number of times. It featured in the TF10 display at MGLive! in 2012 hence the little sticker on the screen.
It had the upper rear wishbone arm recall done, along with a check for the s/steel rivets on the front wishbone pans, and was not affected in the first recall. It had the reverse park sensors sorted, and a new alternator in March 2013, as well as a new battery in Jan 2013. Neil, the SM at GW also coated the brake lines and pipe work under the car for me with grease to protect them.
Hope to meet you soon at one of the meets.
MartinW

My re-map works very well on Momentum99 too, pick it up at any Tesco. Use Shell super or Aral super in Europe.
Bilstein shocks, Piper 4-2-1 manifold, Daytona, Vader cold-air induction, custom Z and F Stage 2 re-map, Electric boot release, braided hoses, Blue Magnecor leads, Technozen relays, Stage 1 head, BMW Angel Eyes headlights, "MG" puddle lights.
