Tacked some bracing into the spare wheel well, where I cut it away for the ducting.

So, got the moulds for the engine bay ducts finished off. Lined the inside with sticky back plastic, reinforced the outside with bodge tape and polished the inside with beeswax furniture polish as a release agent. Hopefully will see how these work out today...

Got them from rally design, they're not specifically rear 2 pots, but the pad is that small you couldn't use them as fronts.

Progress on the bonnet.
And modified the gear lever assembly similar to the way big angus did his.
.
Also raised the engine mount arms 10mm to the height the normal mgf mount.

We're getting there.
But tried to fit the rear anti roll bar today - it won't fit. Coilovers are getting in the way, going to have to modify it.

Great progress - and like what you've done with the windows - you've done what I had in mind for them and so nice to see that it works! Have you any more photos of the support brace, and where did you get that tubing from?
Sorry to hear about the grief with the ARB...

Rob, which support brace are you on about the B pillar one?
Will have another look at the ARB this weekend, I wonder if I could use a front mgf one and modify it for the rear..

I was wondering about the plexiglass supports? I had similar problems to you with the flat panel (it flapped about A LOT in the breeze!) This could save me a few kilos in weight
I really like that adjustable ARB. Is it universal? What diameters does it come in? Available front and rear? I should probably look at the Eliseparts.com website shouldn't I?

Rob,
The tubing is 8mm stuff from B&Q, 2 x 1m lengths will do a window. I have to redo the drivers side from scratch so will do some more pictures when I do it.
