Hi guys and gals
I have been offered the chance of a mgf because I'm looking at building a track day car.
Are these good for track days and are there many track related upgrades available?
Thanks in advance.

Great as track cars - with loads of tuning potential. Mine is for track days and sprints. Loving it. But now it needs more power now I've got 200kg out of it...
